This renovated Cape Canaveral duplex puts the sand, the sunsets and the next rocket launch within easy reach, and the family friendly layout means everyone gets a real bed, a real kitchen and a quiet place to land when the day winds down. Spend the morning in the surf, the evening in the backyard, and the whole week at your own pace.

ABOUT THIS SPACE
Step inside this recently renovated two bedroom duplex and you land in an open living area built for slow vacation mornings. The living room has a comfortable couch and a 55 inch TV with Roku, and it opens straight into the kitchen so whoever is cooking never misses the conversation. An eat-in bar with seating for four doubles as breakfast table, game night headquarters and the place everyone ends up while dinner comes together.

The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the home. Stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator and freezer, an electric stove and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, a hot water kettle and a drip coffee maker, with coffee stocked for your first morning. You will also find cooking basics, pots, pans, a baking sheet, dishes, silverware and wine glasses, so cooking a real meal is easy. Little ones are covered with children's dinnerware and a clamp-on table seat high chair that always stays at the home.

The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a pack n play for the littlest traveler, plus a Roku TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both rooms have, extra pillows, blankets, hangers, closet, dresser, and a ceiling fan. Central air conditioning keeps the whole home comfortable. The single bathroom has been fully renovated, with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap waiting for you. The home sleeps four on one level, so there are no stairs to manage with bags or strollers.

When you want a change of scenery, the backyard patio has outdoor seating on pavers, and the fully fenced backyard is shared with the other side of the duplex. A fence separates the seating areas, so each side has its own spot to sit. Board games and puzzles are provided for rainy afternoons, and Wifi keeps everyone connected.

LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY
The home sits in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Cape Canaveral, with restaurants, shops and parks close by and plenty of dining and activities within a mile. Walk out to the end of the driveway, look to your right, and the beach access is right down the street, about an 8 to 10 minute walk to a quiet local beach. Prefer to drive? It is about a one minute drive, and every beach access in Cape Canaveral has free parking.

Beyond the sand, you are close to the best of the Space Coast:
- Kennedy Space Center is about a half hour away, and rocket launches are visible from the backyard and even better from the beach.
- The cruise port is a short drive, and you can watch cruise ships come and go from one of the restaurant patios.
- Manatee Park, the Pier, Ron Jon and everything Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral offer are just a few minutes by car.
- Orlando airports, Disney World and other theme parks are a 45 to 55 minute drive, and Disney, Universal and Sea World are about an hour away.
- A laundromat is nearby if you are staying a long while.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
- Families with little ones: a pack n play, a clamp-on high chair, children's dinnerware and board games make this a family friendly base, and a past guest happily traveled with a baby.
- Rocket launch chasers: plan your trip around a launch, then catch it from the backyard or the beach, a favorite with guests who came for the Kennedy Space Center.
- Cruise passengers: a short drive to the cruise port makes pre or post cruise nights easy.
- Couples and small groups of friends: a king bed and a queen bed sleep four, with a full kitchen for relaxed meals at home.
- Beach lovers who hate packing: the beach cart, chairs and cooler are provided, so you can head to the sand with nothing to haul from home.

GUEST ACCESS
You have the entire side of the duplex, including the carport. Self check-in with a smart lock means you can arrive on your own schedule after 4:00 PM, no key hand-off needed. The backyard is shared with the other unit, and each side has its own seating area. The washer and dryer are free to use and live in a laundry room outside beside the neighboring unit, shared by both sides of the duplex.

PARKING
Free parking is available on the premises, with the carport and driveway at the front of the home. The home is on a single level, which keeps unloading simple. An exterior security camera overlooks the driveway. For beach days you can skip the car entirely, or drive to any beach access in Cape Canaveral, where parking is free.

HOUSE RULES
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. The home welcomes a maximum of 4 guests. A rental agreement is required before your stay. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are on hand for your safety. An exterior security camera overlooks the driveway. Please treat the home and the shared backyard and laundry area with care and respect for the neighbors next door. Questions about timing or anything else? Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
