* There is a 1 bedroom owner suite on the right side of the house with a separate entrance. During your stay, the owner may be on premises. You will have complete and private access to the entire backyard and main house.

A rental agreement is required. An early check-in and/or late check-out may be available. Fees may apply.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
