ABOUT THIS SPACE
This recently renovated 4 bedroom townhouse in Cape Canaveral covers over 2,000 square feet, with luxury vinyl plank floors, a renovated kitchen, and updated bathrooms. It sleeps 10, and every bedroom is upstairs, so the main floor stays open for cooking, eating and playing together.

Downstairs: an open living room, a dining table with room for all 10 of you, and a half bath just off the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a blender, a toaster, a hot water kettle, a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, plus cooking basics, dishes and silverware, so a big group breakfast is easy.

Upstairs: four bedrooms and two full bathrooms with vaulted ceilings.
- The Palm Room (primary): a king bed with a single, a 55-inch Roku TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a large walk-in shower.
- The Seahorse Room: a queen bed and a 43-inch Roku TV.
- The Crab Room: a queen bed and a 43-inch smart TV.
- The Nautical Room: two twin beds, with a 43-inch Roku TV.
Every bedroom has a closet with suitcase valets and wooden hangers. The hall bath has a walk-in shower, and the home has air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating.

Outside is where the days happen. The screened, private pool has a waterfall and is heated by a heat pump. Next to it is outdoor dining for 10, sun loungers, a gas grill, and a garden path that wraps around the enclosure. The fenced backyard gives little ones room to roam, and there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand.

Everything is set up to make packing lighter. Beach gear is waiting: a beach cart, chairs, towels and toys. There are bikes for the whole group. A washer and dryer are included, and there is Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.

Bringing little ones? This is a kid friendly home, stocked with a pack 'n play, a folding high chair, baby safety gates, outlet covers, children's dinnerware, and books and toys for ages 2-5, 5-10 and 10 plus. Board games, puzzles and books are in the closet beside the front door.

LOCATION AND WHAT'S NEARBY
The home sits on a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Cape Canaveral, about 2-1/2 blocks from the beach. The nearest shared beach access is a pedestrian-only boardwalk entrance, and most guests walk to beach in a little under 10 minutes, with Cherie Down Park nearby as well. Guests have even watched a rocket launch from the sand.

GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock, so there is no key hand-off and no waiting around. Guests have the whole townhouse, the private screened pool and the fenced backyard to themselves, along with the garage. An early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, so please ask. A rental agreement is required before arrival.

PARKING
You will find free parking on the premises: a paver driveway and a 2-car garage. The front walkway is gated and leads to the front door and the backyard.

HOUSE RULES
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- Maximum 10 guests.
- Pool heat: the pool heat pump is normally set to 84F. In cold weather it may not be able to hold that temperature, so please pack with that in mind.
- Cameras: exterior cameras are at the front door and overlooking the driveway for security.
- Noise monitor: the home may have a noise decibel monitor inside and outside. It only measures sound level and does not record any sound.
- Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
