Cape Getaway is perfect for families and friends traveling together. You will be booking an entire beautifully renovated duplex with each side having a private entrance, living room, dining and kitchen space, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The backyard has 2 furnished patios with a partial fence between them. You'll have 2 beach wagons loaded with gear ready to enjoy the beach just 3 blocks down the quiet residential street (no busy streets to cross). Close to restaurants and activities.

A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
